BRAND MYSELF(brandmyself.app)에 저장된 내 정보를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다. This page explains how to delete your data from BRAND MYSELF (brandmyself.app).

1. BRAND MYSELF에 저장되는 정보 · What we store

• 이메일 주소, 이름 · Email address and name
• 브랜드 정보(내 브랜드: 브랜드 이름, 담당자, 상담 방법, 주소, 디자인 설정) · Brand information (My Brand: brand name, contact person, contact methods, address, design settings)
• 인스타그램 연결 정보(인스타그램 계정 ID, 사용자 이름, 접근 토큰) · Instagram connection (account ID, username, access token)
• 만든 게시물 기록(카드 문구, 이미지, 게시 기록) · Posts you created (card text, images, posting history)
• 유료 요금제를 쓰는 경우 결제 정보(자동 결제 키, 결제 기록) · Payment information if you use a paid plan (billing key, payment history)

2. 전체 삭제하기 · Delete all your data

1. 앱에서 직접: 로그인 → 내 브랜드 → 맨 아래 [회원 탈퇴] → 비밀번호 확인. 계정과 위 정보가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
2. 이메일 요청: support@brandmyself.app 으로 가입한 이메일 주소와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 7일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 메일로 알려드립니다.

• In the app: Log in → My Brand (내 브랜드) → [Delete account (회원 탈퇴)] at the bottom → confirm your password. Your account and the data above are deleted immediately.
• By email: Send a deletion request to support@brandmyself.app from (or mentioning) the email address you signed up with. We process it within 7 days and confirm by email.

3. 인스타그램 연결만 끊기 · Disconnect Instagram only

1. BRAND MYSELF 앱: 내 브랜드 → 연결된 인스타그램 → [연결 끊기]. 인스타그램 접근 토큰이 즉시 삭제됩니다.
2. 인스타그램 앱: 설정 → 앱 및 웹사이트 → BRAND MYSELF를 찾아 삭제(제거)합니다.

• In BRAND MYSELF: My Brand (내 브랜드) → Connected Instagram → [Disconnect (연결 끊기)]. The Instagram access token is deleted immediately.
• In Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → find BRAND MYSELF and remove it.

4. 삭제 후에도 남는 정보 · What we keep after deletion

• 법령에 따라 보관하는 결제 · 계약 기록(전자상거래법 5년 등)은 정해진 기간 동안만 보관 후 파기합니다. · Payment and contract records required by Korean law are kept only for the legal period, then destroyed.
• 무료 체험 중복 방지를 위해 인스타그램 계정 식별값을 변환(해시)한 값과 무료 샘플 사용 개수만 보관합니다. 이 값으로는 원래 계정을 알 수 없습니다. · To prevent repeated free trials, we keep only a one-way hash of the Instagram account ID and the number of free samples used. The original account cannot be identified from it.
• 인스타그램에 이미 올라간 게시물은 인스타그램에 남아 있습니다. 인스타그램 앱에서 직접 삭제해 주세요. · Posts already published on Instagram stay on Instagram. Please delete them in the Instagram app.
